We drive all the way to grandmas house. It smells like cigarettes but when we are there she smokes outside because of my asthma. Upon arrival, she tells us that we came at the perfect time because there is a new litter of puppies outback. My cousins call her puppy grandma but we just call her grandma.

I always cry when its time to leave, I love this place so much and someday I am going to move to Texas so I can be here all the time! We always stop for kolaches on the way out of town. I get a ham and cheese and a strawberry. My sister makes a joke about the pickled pigs' feet by the register. We all laugh and I forget what I was upset about in the first place.
