My stepdad told me I could take the oldest TV in the house and use it in my room! No one was using it anyways he says. The screen is about a foot wide and I hook the Wii up to it. My friends are spending the night and we want to play 4 player Mario Cart. We are all standing about 3 feet from the screen so we can see our characters race on Rainbow Road.
After years of begging, I finally got a dog for my 13th birthday!!! We went to Petco on Saturday when the Humane society brings dogs there. My sister took me and helped me pick out a puppy. We named her Baylee. She is so cute! She is an Australian Shepard/Blue Heeler mix and she is perfect. She pooped on the stairs but I'll potty train her tomorrow!
My stepdad works for Daisy so my step-siblings each have their own air soft gun. We shoot some cans in the front yard and after I go inside I find out that my stepbrother shot out our doorbell. Last week he almost hit me with a bottle rocket so this isn't unusual behavior for him.
We got some of those kool-aid drinks that come in the plastic barrels! I love them so much! We are only allowed one a day. I gently puncture a hole on one side and my stepsister says you can drink it faster if you poke a second hole in the lid to prevent suction from happening. But I want to make mine last so I don't do that.
My mom says often very proudly that we live on 15 acres of land. I have absolutely no clue how big an acre is but I repeat this information frequently to my friends. Most of that land is forest though but it's full of trails made by all of us. Sometimes when we are out walking the trails we can find shed deer antlers. If you find one that hasn't been chewed on by mice then you have found the ultimate prize!
I stayed home from school by myself today. I was making macaroni in the microwave when there was a knock on the door. Who would be coming to our house in the middle of the day when we live so far out in the country?! The microwave dings and I'm convinced that they heard so now I cannot pretend no one is home. I answer the door and it's two big men. They say they're selling steaks and ask if my parents are home. I lie and say my mom is in the shower. They leave. I lock the door and forget about my macaroni in the microwave.
I got my first hair straightener for my birthday! Its a blue Babyliss with titanium plates! My mom says it was very expensive and my sister offers to straighten my hair for me. My hair is always so frizzy and curly but now my hair will be just as cute as the popular girls! I cannot wait to show my friends!
My sister is sitting at the computer on the internet. I want to get on and play on Neopets but it is her computer so I have to wait until she is done. She is always on there playing poker. She says you can play against a computer or other people. It really is crazy that there are other people also sitting on their computers that want to play poker with my sister.
